Product and Payment Inquries

The McLaren Chicago online store is kept up to date with the latest inventory available. Please call our showroom location for any questions about existing inventory.

The McLaren Chicago online store accepts the following payment methods: Apple Pay American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

We try to dispatch orders as soon as possible. Contact us to check in on your order. If your order is already in progress, we will be unable to accommodate a request to modify it.

Shipping

What are McLaren Chicago Shop’s delivery timeframes?
Although we strive for order dispatch within 24 hours, order volume and product availability may result in additional processing time.

Please note:

  • Large shipments, wheels and tire packages and Roadster accessories may have longer processing times
  • Due to order volume and product availability, certain items may have limits on the quantity that can be requested

How can I check the status of my order?
Once your item ships, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information. Just click the link in your confirmation email and follow the steps to check the status of your order. You can also sign into your account and select an order in your order history to check the status.

Returns

Is it possible to return a product?
Vehicle accessories and merchandise purchased from the McLaren Chicago online store or a McLaren Chicago retail location may be returned within 30 days of receiving the product. Opened and unused products have the same return window but are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Outside of warranty concerns, return shipping will be deducted from the return credit. Once used, a product is ineligible for return.

When can I expect a refund for my return?
Refunds are usually processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product has arrived at the Tesla warehouse and has been inspected. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
When you start a return, you will be provided a pre-paid return shipping label. In some cases, the return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. If your return was due to product defect or warranty, a return shipping fee will not be deducted from your refund.
